About Eleni Karacostas

I discovered Peaceful Parenting when my son was a baby and I embraced it immediately. Today that my son is 9 and my daughter 7, I could never have imagined how things would unfold for my family since then. I have seen my little ones gradually blossom into considerate, passionate and loving little people, who increasingly take control of their lives and develop their personality, leaving me in awe every day that passes.

One thing led to another, and by talking to countless parents through the years and by digging deeper in the theory and practice of Peaceful Parenting, I decided that improving the lives of children by supporting parents is a cause well worth pursuing. I found great meaning in it, and a purpose. I have been following Dr. Laura Markham’s work very closely for years and I aspire to spread the word on her incredible model of child-raising to as many parents as I can. I am proud to hold a certification as a Peaceful Parenting Coach and I am honored to have worked with her.
